We’ve all had the experience of truly purposeful, authentic learning and know how valuable it is. Educators are taking the best of what we know about learning, student support, effective instruction, and interpersonal skill-building to completely reimagine schools so that students experience that kind of purposeful learning all day, every day.
Breakthrough Schools: Chicago is a multi-year initiative to help educators create a cadre of sustainable, next-generation public schools using personalized learning fueled by technology. They are changing how classrooms look, teachers teach, and students engage in education.
Schools are located throughout the city of Chicago and are a mix of traditional, magnet, selective enrollment, alternative, and charter elementary and high schools.
